My hand made one of a kind jewelry is made in Corpus Christi, Texas, USA. My style is eclectic, unique and beautiful. I enjoy working with fused glass, semi-precious beads and stones, sterling silver, fine silver, gold and copper. My style speaks of my life journey, thereby incorporating elements of the Southwest, some filigree, contemporary and minimalist tones.

As I also complete custom orders, I would love to help you create a unique piece of wearable art. Custom orders generally take 2-4 weeks to create and ship, depending on the complexity of the design. Time lines will be set at the time you place your order. Due to the individual nature of a custom order, I am not able to begin the work until payment has been received. Don’t forget to include any special considerations such as ring size, necklace length, preferred colors, etc. when ordering a custom design.
Processing & Handling
All of my handcrafted jewelry is carefully prepared and packaged for shipping.
- Order Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 72 hours of receiving confirmed payment (excluding Sundays and major holidays).
- Order Tracking: Once your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.
Domestic & International Shipping
- Domestic (U.S.): Standard shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
- International Orders: While standard checkout is set up for U.S. addresses, I am often able to make special arrangements for international customers! If you live outside the U.S. and fall in love with a piece, please [contact me] with your address and desired item for a custom shipping quote.
Delivery & Holiday Delays
- Peak Seasons: During high-volume holiday periods (such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, and Mother’s Day), postal carrier delays are common. I recommend placing holiday orders early to ensure timely arrival.
- Weather & Carrier Delays: Unexpected inclement weather and postal carrier disruptions may cause delivery delays. CJ’s Jewelry Creations is not responsible for shipping delays or postage refunds caused by circumstances beyond my control.
Shipping Addresses & Order Accuracy

- Orders are shipped strictly to the address provided at the time of purchase.
- CJ’s Jewelry Creations cannot be held responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages resulting from an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
While I take every precaution to ensure your jewelry is safely packaged, postal delays, loss, or damage after handed off to the carrier are outside my direct control. If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please reach out to me promptly so I can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Return & Exchange Policy
At CJ’s Jewelry Creations, I take great pride in handcrafting unique, high-quality jewelry designed to accentuate your personal style. Your satisfaction and confidence in your purchase are extremely important to me. If your piece isn’t quite what you expected, I am here to work with you to make it right.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Timeframe: Please contact me within 7 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Returned items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.
- Item Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Custom & Sale Items: Custom-designed jewelry, resized pieces, and final sale items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Get in Touch: Reach out through the Contact Me page on the website with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- Package Safely: Place the item securely in its original packaging to ensure it stays protected during transit.
- Ship It Back: Once approved, send the item back using a trackable shipping carrier.
Refunds & Shipping Costs
- Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you of the status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days.
- Shipping Charges: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on my part or a defective item.
Damaged or Defective Items
Every piece is carefully inspected before leaving my studio. However, if your jewelry arrives damaged or defective:
- Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
- I will gladly work with you to repair, replace, or issue a full refund for the item at no extra cost to you.
If you change your mind after placing an order, you may cancel it any time prior to shipment.
It is natural for jewelry to tarnish over time due to oxidation (exposure to the air), make-up and the oils from your skin. Warm water with a very mild soap is the gentle method to clean most all metal jewelry items. Please consult with your local jeweler if your purchased jewelry has semi precious beads, stones or pearls prior to any cleaning as some of these things can be permanently damaged with incorrect cleaning. If there are specific instructions about your purchased piece, they will be included in your package.
