The Amelia

The story of The Amelia: We called my grandmother Mimi, but her friends called her Millie. My grandfather, until the day they got married, thought that her name was Mildred. On their wedding day he discovered that she had been christened Amelia. Amelia Gutten Smith to be exact!

These earrings are named for my grandmother, Amelia. How could I not? She always said she felt naked if she wasn’t wearing lipstick and her earrings!
